Stéphane C. Lalonde obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Magna Cum Laude) and a Bachelor of Law (L.L.B./ Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1992 and opened his own firm in 1993.
